A verbal/email confirmation without the booking fee in place is NOT confirmation of a secured booking. A 50% booking fee (or full payment) MUST be paid before the order is confirmed. Please also note once initial enquiry has been made and quote given CcbY are not able to ‘hold’ the date without a firm commitment from the customer.
